Sec. 5. (a) Amend Section 401.2 to add the letter "R" after "Section" and before "402.4.1.2". (b) Amend Section 401.4 by deleting "501.2.1" and inserting "501.3.1". (c) Delete Section 401.6 Contaminant sources in its entirety.
