675 IAC 19-4-7 Section 7 amendments

Sec. 7. Amend Section 7 as follows:
(1) Delete Section 7.1.1.3 in its entirety without substitution.
(2) Amend Section 7.4.1 to delete all of the text after the words "engineering standards" without substitution.
(3) Amend Subsection 7.5.1b. to delete the text and insert, "A nationally recognized standard shows that the use of a single heat source
will consume less energy than separate units.".
(4) Delete Section 7.7 in its entirety without substitution.
