250 IAC 2-8-3 Report to cover previous calendar year; submission and delinquent dates

Sec. 3. The annual training status report required by this rule is submitted either electronically or on paper on or before January 31 of each year and includes all training received by each law enforcement officer and reserve police officer of the department during the previous calendar year.
