25 IAC 2-4-3 Subcontractors' prequalification as precondition to starting work

Sec. 3. Any subcontractor proposing to do work that has a valuation of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) or more shall also be prequalified as set out in section 2 of this rule before the subcontractor begins any work on the site.
