675 IAC 29-2-8 Emergency response plan

Sec. 8. The owner shall create and implement an emergency response plan to provide for the safe dismantling of the outdoor event
equipment and evacuation of all persons from the area in which the outdoor event equipment is located in the event of severe weather or other natural
disaster.
