675 IAC 31-5-8 Welding, cutting, and brazing

Sec. 8. No welding, cutting, or brazing shall be accomplished where the public can directly observe or be hit by sparks or flying materials
generated by the process. All compressed gas, compressed gas cylinders, electrical equipment, and other apparatus associated with welding, cutting,
and brazing shall be stored, handled, and meet the requirements of the rules of the regulated amusement device safety board.
