68 IAC 10-1-4 Amendments to rules of game

Sec. 4. Amendments to rules of the game shall be handled in the following manner: (1) Unless otherwise provided by the executive director, an amendment to any portion of the rules of game, including variations of games, must be submitted to the executive director at least thirty (30) days prior to the utilization of the rules of the game. (2) The executive director shall, in writing, approve or disapprove the amendment to the rules of the game. (3) No casino licensee may use an amendment to rules of the game unless the executive director has approved the amendment to the rules of the game.
