Sec. 11. (a) After two (2) cards have been dealt to each player and to the dealer, each player must double down, surrender, split pairs, stand, draw, make an insurance wager, or make an even money wager. As each player indicates the player's decision, the dealer must deal additional cards as necessary. (b) The dealer may not look at the face of the dealer's hole card until all cards requested by the players are dealt to them or unless the dealer's exposed card is an ace or has the value of ten (10).
