68 IAC 12-1-15 Reports by the executive director

Sec. 15. The executive director or the executive director's designee shall report any action taken by the executive director under this rule with respect to this rule to the commission at: (1) the next meeting held under 68 IAC 1-2-5; or (2) an executive session held under IC 5-14-1.5-6.1.
