68 IAC 14-1-1 General provisions

Sec. 1. (a) This article applies to all casino licensees and casino license applicants.
(b) Unless otherwise provided or approved by the executive director, all gaming equipment utilized by a casino licensee must comply with
this article.
(c) If the executive director determines, at any time, that gaming equipment being utilized by a casino licensee is not adequate to ensure
compliance with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title or the integrity of the game, the executive director may direct the casino licensee,
in writing, to utilize gaming equipment that:
(1) does comply with IC 4-33, IC 4-35, and this title; or
(2) ensures the integrity of the game.
