68 IAC 14-4-7 Authorized use of chips

Sec. 7. Chips approved for issuance by a riverboat licensee shall be: (1) issued to a patron upon payment therefor or in accordance with a complimentary distribution program approved by the executive director; (2) capable of being accepted for play at a live gaming device in the riverboat; and (3) redeemable by the patron in accordance with the Act and this title.
