68 IAC 15-10-1 Applicability; general provisions

Sec. 1. (a) This rule applies to casino licensees.
(b) A casino licensee shall submit policies and procedures that shall describe the location, functions, and controls for the casino cashiering
areas. These policies and procedures shall be submitted to and approved by the executive director in accordance with 68 IAC 15-1.
(c) The casino licensee shall submit:
(1) the locations of bank areas that will operate on an imprest basis; and
(2) the imprest amount for each bank area.
The casino licensee shall submit the locations and the imprest amount to the executive director in accordance with 68 IAC 15-1.
