68 IAC 15-7-1 Applicability; general provisions

Sec. 1. (a) This rule applies to casino licensees.
(b) The casino licensee must submit policies and procedures in connection with the daily review, reconciliation, and posting of transactions
in accordance with 68 IAC 15-1 and this rule.
(c) Occupational licensees who hold revenue audit positions are responsible for the daily review, reconciliation, and posting of transactions
for their respective departmental audits.
(d) As used in this rule, "Form RG-1" means the Daily Adjusted Gross Receipts and Tax Remittance Form.
