68 IAC 1-1-71 "Predecessor company" defined

Sec. 71. "Predecessor company" means a business entity which no longer exists in its original form but whose assets in substantial part have been acquired by another business entity or which has undergone certain internal changes, such as those of identity, form, or capital structure.
