68 IAC 1-4-9 Trade secrets

Sec. 9. Materials, or portions of materials, submitted under this rule may be identified as confidential trade secrets, as defined by IC 5-14-3, of the licensee or applicant for a license or of any other person and will be disclosed by the commission only in accordance with the requirements of law.
