68 IAC 1-6-4 Effect of representation; service

Sec. 4. (a) A person represented before the commission by an attorney or representative under this rule shall be bound by the acts or
omissions of the attorney or representative to the same extent as if the person had acted or failed to act personally.
(b) In any appearance by an attorney or representative at any hearing or meeting of the commission, the client is deemed to have waived
all privileges with respect to any information in the possession of the attorney or representative, or any testimony by the attorney or representative
except for privileges afforded by the constitution or laws of Indiana, the rules of the Indiana supreme court, or the constitution or laws of the United
States, where applicable.
(c) Service shall be made in accordance with IC 4-21.5-3-1.
