68 IAC 24-10-6 Reporting requirements

Sec. 6. A promoter seeking to promote an event shall provide to the executive director or executive director's designee the following information not less than forty-five (45) days before the proposed event: (1) The date and starting time of the event. (2) The name of the venue, including the address, where the event will take place.
