68 IAC 24-1-1 "Amateur boxer" defined

Sec. 1. "Amateur boxer" means an individual participating in boxing who:
(1) has never received a purse for participating in boxing or mixed martial arts;
(2) has never received a prize with a value greater than one hundred dollars ($100) for participating in boxing or mixed martial arts;
and
(3) does not hold a license as a professional boxer or professional mixed martial artist issued by a state, country, or tribal
nation.
