68 IAC 24-1-30 "Professional boxer" defined

Sec. 30. "Professional boxer," as defined in IC 4-33-22-3, means a person who:
(1) has received a purse for participating in boxing or mixed martial arts;
(2) has received a prize with a value greater than one hundred dollars ($100) for participating in boxing or mixed martial arts;
or
(3) holds a license as a professional boxer or professional mixed martial artist issued by a state, country, or tribal
nation.
