68 IAC 25-7-2 MGD tracking

Sec. 2. (a) MGDs shall incorporate a location tracking component to track the location of each MGD to detect when a device has been
transported out of the authorized gaming area.
(b) The location tracking component shall provide the surveillance department with the location of an MGD within the authorized gaming
area.
(c) When a device is removed from the authorized gaming area, the LMGS shall disable a current gaming or casino licensee session
associated with that device.
(d) A casino licensee may hold an MGD for a patron subject to the requirements of 68 IAC 10-1-1.2.
