68 IAC 27-8-2 Testing and certification

Sec. 2. Before being deployed for use at a licensed facility, all sports wagering kiosks must be submitted to an Indiana approved authorized
independent testing laboratory for testing and receive the required certification under 68 IAC 2-6-3.
