290 IAC 2-1-9 Siren coverage report; content

Sec. 9. (a) The siren coverage report is the first step in the process of a county deciding to prepare a siren coverage plan under IC 36-8-21.5-13. (b) A county legislative body may elect to prepare a siren coverage report at any time. (c) A siren coverage report shall include a description of all existing and planned severe weather warning sirens in the county as of the date of the report including the information required under IC 36-8-21.5-11. (d) The coverage report must contain the technical and other specifications for the severe weather warning sirens required under IC 36-8-21.5-11(b).
