68 IAC 6-1-3 Placement on the exclusion list

Sec. 3. If there are facts and circumstances sufficient to cause a prudent person to believe that a person: (1) has been convicted of a felony in any jurisdiction of: (A) any crime of moral turpitude; or (B) a crime involving gaming; (2) violated or conspired to violate either the Act or this title; (3) performed any act or had a notorious or unsavory reputation that would adversely affect public confidence and trust in gaming; or (4) is included on any valid and current exclusion list of another jurisdiction in the United States; the executive director may order that the person be placed on the exclusion list.
