68 IAC 8-2-6 Legal authority and responsibility for response

Sec. 6. The legal authority and responsibility for response shall contain the following: (1) A description of or reference to the legal entities in the jurisdiction whose emergency response roles are described in the emergency response plan. The business addresses and telephone numbers of the legal entities shall be set forth. (2) A list all other authorities, including state and federal authorities, the riverboat licensee regards as essential to the emergency response plan.
