290 IAC 3-1-4 Communications

Sec. 4. (a) In accordance with IC 10-19-2.1-1, and except where specifically stated otherwise, all notifications, correspondence, communications, reports, or oath and affirmation certifications required to be submitted under this article shall be submitted electronically in writing and addressed to the department at rmcp@dhs.in.gov. Submissions made by paper shall be made out to: Indiana Department of Homeland Security Radioactive Materials Control Program 302 West Washington Street, Room E208 Indianapolis, IN 46204 (b) In case of an emergency, or when an immediate or a twenty-four (24) hour notification is required, the notification shall be made telephonically to (317) 233-6611.
