710 IAC 4-12-9 Consolidation

Sec. 9. By order of the commissioner proceedings involving a common question of law or fact may be: (1) joined for hearing of any or all the matters in issue; or (2) consolidated. The commissioner may make orders concerning the conduct of the proceedings as may tend to avoid unnecessary costs or delay.
