305 IAC 1-2-6.3 "Public practice of geology" defined

Sec. 6.3. (a) "Public practice of geology" means the performance of service to the public in connection with the geological description,
location, or evaluation of:
(1) geologic materials, liquids, and gases; and
(2) the natural processes acting upon them.
(b) The term includes geological:
(1) consulting;
(2) investigating;
(3) evaluation;
(4) designing; and
(5) planning.
