71 IAC 1-1-44 "Guest association" or "receiving association" defined

Sec. 44. "Guest association" or "receiving association" means an association which offers licensed pari-mutuel wagering on simulcasted contests conducted by another association (the host) in either the same state or another jurisdiction.
