71 IAC 1-1-47 "Horse" defined

Sec. 47. "Horse" means any equine (including and designated as a mare, filly, stallion, colt, ridgeling, or gelding) registered for racing with
the USTA or CTA; specifically, an entire male five (5) years of age and older.
