71 IAC 3.5-4-2 Paddock judge's list

Sec. 2. (a) The paddock judge shall maintain a list of horses which shall not be entered in a race because of poor or inconsistent behavior in the paddock that endangers the health or safety of other participants in racing. (b) At the end of each race day, the paddock judge shall provide a copy of the list to the stewards. (c) To be removed from the paddock judge's list, a horse must be schooled in the paddock and demonstrate to the satisfaction of the paddock judge and the stewards that the horse is capable of performing safely in the paddock.
