71 IAC 4-4-11 Escort of practicing veterinarians

Sec. 11. (a) The association shall be responsible for providing an employee to escort each practicing veterinarian while administering race
day furosemide.
(b) The association shall be responsible for the filing of any forms and reports regarding compliance or noncompliance with these rules
as directed by the commission or its executive director.
(c) Practicing veterinarians and/or their licensed helpers shall cooperate fully with their designated association escort at all times.
