71 IAC 5-1-23 Visitor's pass

Sec. 23. Judges or track security, with the judges' approval, may authorize unlicensed persons temporary access to restricted areas. Such
persons shall be identified and their purpose and credentials verified and approved by the judges. Such authorization or credential may only be used
by the person to whom it is issued.
