71 IAC 5-1-9 Employer endorsement of license applications

Sec. 9. (a) The license application of an employee shall be signed by the employer. (b) Grooms coming in for a one-time stake race before the trainer arrives can file for a license without the trainer. However, when the trainer arrives, he or she must endorse or sign the groom's application.
