307 IAC 1-3-1 Kinds of registration

Sec. 1. (a) There are two (2) kinds or levels of registration:
(1) a RPSS; and
(2) a RASS.
(b) The requirements for both a RPSS and a RASS are similar except for the work experience requirement. When a RASS meets the work
experience requirement, they can become a RPSS.
(c) This article applies to a RPSS and a RASS unless otherwise stated.
(d) There is no limit in the time a person can be a RASS.
