71 IAC 6.5-1-2 Claiming of horses

Sec. 2. Any horse starting in a claiming race is subject to be claimed for its entered price by any:
(1) licensed owner;
(2) holder of a valid open claiming certificate; or
(3) licensed authorized agent acting on behalf of an eligible claimant.
