71 IAC 7-1-2 Entry licensing requirements

Sec. 2. No horse may be permitted to race in this state unless the owner, trainer, and driver have been granted a current license by the commission or have made application for a license accompanied by the proper fee as prescribed in these rules and which application has not been rejected.
