71 IAC 7-1-8 Approval of entries

Sec. 8. (a) No entry shall be accepted for any horse not stabled on the grounds of the permit holder unless its stabling elsewhere has been approved by the permit holder. (b) Entries can be taken from tracks and private and public stabling facilities approved by the permit holder.
