71 IAC 7-3-15 Hopples; head pole, restrictions

Sec. 15. (a) The use of hopples from race to race shall be in the sole discretion of the trainer. However, any addition or subtraction of
hopples shall require a successful attempt requalifying the horse.
(b) The entry of the horse shall state whether such horse will use hopples or not. Every change in a horse's use of hopples must be included
in the program.
(c) No horse shall be permitted to wear a head pole protruding beyond its nose.
