71 IAC 8.5-4-1 Eligibility

Sec. 1. Every veterinarian practicing on association premises must be:
(1) licensed by the veterinary medical examining board;
(2) recommended for licensure by the official veterinarian or his/her designee; and
(3) licensed by the commission.
