71 IAC 8.5-4-3 Single use syringes

Sec. 3. The use of other than single use, disposable syringes and infusion tubes on association premises is prohibited. Whenever a veterinarian has a hypodermic needle or syringe, he or she shall destroy the needle and syringe and remove it from the association premise.
