71 IAC 9-2.1-7 "Confidential information" defined

Sec. 7. As used in this article, "confidential information" includes the following: (1) the amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular account holder's account; (2) the amount of money wagered by a particular account holder on any races or series of races; (3) the account number and secure means of personal identification of an account holder; (4) the identities of particular entries on which an account holder is wagering or has wagered; (5) the account holder's Social Security number; (6) unless otherwise authorized by the account holder, the name, address, and other information in possession of the licensed SPMO that would identify the account holder to anyone other than the commission, the commission's designees, and the licensed SPMO; and (7) credit and debit card information provided by an account holder.
