750 IAC 9-5-6 Administrative review

[NOTE: IC 24-4.4 is repealed by P.L. 115-2026, SECTION 22, effective July 1, 2026.] [NOTE: IC 24-4.5 is repealed by P.L. 115-2026, SECTION 23, effective July 1, 2026.] Sec. 6. Except as otherwise provided, IC 4-21.5-3, which is incorporated by reference, governs any action taken by the department under this article. All proceedings for administrative review under IC 4-21.5-3 or judicial review under IC 4-21.5-5, which is incorporated by reference, shall be held in Marion County, Indiana.
