760 IAC 1-38.1-22 Effectiveness

Sec. 22. A group contract which provides health care benefits and was issued before the effective date of this rule shall be brought into compliance with this rule by the later of: (1) the next anniversary date or renewal date of the group contract; or (2) the expiration of any applicable collectively bargained contract pursuant to which it was written.
