760 IAC 1-48-9 Discrimination

Sec. 9. Insurers shall not:
(1) unfairly discriminate among insureds with differing qualifying events under the policy or among insureds with similar qualifying
events covered under the policy; and
(2) apply further conditions on the payment of the accelerated benefits other than those conditions specified in the policy or
rider.
