760 IAC 1-68-6 Premium rates

Sec. 6. A MEWA may not charge an adjustment to premium rates for individual employees or dependents for health status related factors
or duration of coverage except for bona fide wellness programs as permitted under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996.
