760 IAC 1-76-3 Minimum valuation interest rate standards

Sec. 3. (a) The interest rates used in determining the minimum standard for valuation of preneed insurance shall be the calendar year statutory valuation interest rates as set forth in IC 27-1-12-10 [ IC 27-1-12-10 was repealed by P.L.276-2013, SECTION 5, effective July 1, 2013.]. (b) The interest rates used in determining the minimum standard for nonforfeiture values for preneed insurance shall be the calendar year statutory nonforfeiture interest rates as set forth in IC 27-1-12-7.
