105 IAC 7-1-12 Commercial applications; attestation

Sec. 12. All applications for commercial purposes shall be signed by a registered professional engineer, a registered architect, and/or
registered land surveyor, attesting that the applications as proposed, conform with all department regulations, specifications and standards, except
as shall be noted in such attestation.
