760 IAC 1-7-6 Valuation of separate account assets

Sec. 6. Valuation of Separate Account Assets. The valuation of all assets maintained in a segregated investment account devoted to Class I(c) Contracts shall be determined at the market value of such assets on the date of valuation, or if there is no readily available market, then in accordance with the terms of the Class I(c) Contract.
