760 IAC 1-80-3 Evidence of confidentiality

Sec. 3. If any filing or supporting information subject to a confidentiality request has been determined to be confidential by a state or
federal:
(1) agency; or
(2) court;
evidence of such determination constitutes a sufficient basis on which the commissioner may determine that the filing or supporting information
is confidential.
