760 IAC 1-82-14 Applicability

Sec. 14. (a) This rule applies to reinsurance treaties that cede liabilities pertaining to covered policies issued by any life insurance company domiciled in this state. (b) This rule and 760 IAC 1-56 both apply to the reinsurance treaties described in subsection (a). In the event of a direct conflict between the provisions of this rule and 760 IAC 1-56, the provisions of this rule apply, but only to the extent of the conflict.
